Jennifer Sever | President
Jenn Sever first found rugby back in 2002 in Alameda. For 17 years, rugby has been a central figure in her life. After high school, she was accepted into Cal Berkeley where she was a four year starter on the Cal Women's Rugby team.
After graduating with a BS in Microbiology in 2012, she played one year with the national champions, the Berkeley All Blues. Sever then helped set up the Life West Gladiatrix Women's Program. She is now in her final year at Life Chiropractic College West where she is studying towards her Doctorate in Chiropractic.

As an advocate for equitable treatment of womens rugby, Jenn Sever is focussed on creating opportunities to help thw women's game grow and provide pathways for future Womens Eagles players to thrive.
Dr. Nicole Strasko | Deputy Chair
Nicole finished her undergraduate degree in the spring of 2013 and started her Doctor of Chiropractic postgraduate course at Life University in Marietta, GA. It is here that she found rugby for the very first time.
A natural athlete, Nicole welcomed the physical and mental challenges that rugby offered. It was during her time at Life University that Nicole was first selected for national honors and gained her first cap for the USA Women's Eagles team. From this, she was then offered a spot on the US Women's 7s Olympic Residency program at Chula Vista, CA.
Now residing in Hayward, CA finishing her Doctor of Chiropractic studies at Life Chiropractic College West, she has continued her playing career with National Championship team, the Life West Gladiatrix.
Along her journey she has realized how much time, effort, perseverance and money it takes to be a female rugby player in the US. After meeting Morgan Roberts in March 2018, Nicole soon realized they both had a passion to help the women's game in America and the seed of Women for Rugby was planted.
